Employee Initial Hearing Conservation training and annual retraining.

Baseline audiogram test within 6 months after the worker has been exposed to noise levels of 85 dB or more over an 8-hour period.

An annual audiogram test is required within one year of the baseline audiogram and then annually to detect hearing issues.

Evaluate Noise Levels in the workplace and identify employees at risk. Monitoring is essential.
